Allamor Support Services is a home and community-based provider offering person-centered services designed to support individuals in the places where they live, learn, work, and participate in their communities. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, support is built around each individual’s needs, strengths, preferences, and goals.
Our team works alongside individuals, families, guardians, and care teams to promote greater independence, strengthen everyday skills, encourage meaningful community involvement, and support each person in living a life that reflects their choices.
Services We Provide
Support Designed Around You
Community Living & Supports (CLS)
Supports individuals in developing skills, increasing independence, and participating more fully in their homes and communities.
Respite Services
Provides short-term support for individuals while offering families and caregivers temporary relief from their caregiving responsibilities.
Individual & Transitional Support (ITS)
Provides individualized assistance with developing skills, increasing independence, navigating life transitions, and working toward personal goals.
Supported Employment
Helps individuals explore employment opportunities, develop job skills, obtain competitive employment, and receive ongoing support to succeed at work.
Community Transition
Assists eligible individuals with certain transition needs when moving from an institutional setting into their own home or another community-based living arrangement.
Long-Term Community Supports (LTCS) – Level I
Provides ongoing community-based support to help eligible individuals maintain stability, strengthen daily living skills, increase independence, and successfully live and participate in their community.
Long-Term Community Supports (LTCS) – Level II
Provides a more intensive level of community-based support for eligible individuals with greater support needs, focusing on stability, daily functioning, independence, and successful living in the community.
